
DETAILED INFORMATION
Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships and new customer channels
- Provide and consult full and accurate product information
- Monitor customer payment progress in accordance with the company’s regulations and sales processes
- Resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with the Business Administration department to handle complaints
- Customer care according to the Company’s provided DATA
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement product promotion events
- Make weekly reports
- Meet monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager next
Job requirements:
- College/University graduate
- At least 06 months of experience in a similar position.
- Gender: Male/Female. Age: 22 – 45 years old.
- Understanding of the Vietnamese real estate market in general and the city in particular. HCM (Ba Ria) in particular
- Good-looking appearance
- Skills and personality:
- Skills in finding new customers and exploiting old customers.
- Market analysis and research skills.
- Personality: Dynamic, creative, logical
- Good communication and analytical skills
